The Identity of Success with Cherissa Kell

Cherissa Kell has an uncanny amount of confidence.  I am in awe of her every time we speak because she is always going after some seemingly impossible goal.

At the age of 34, with two kids under two, and no competitive biking or swimming experience, Cherissa began to train with an Olympic Coach to compete as a Triathlete in Paris 2024. After training for two years she qualified for Nationals and this adventure led her into her current business, Neotein.

One day in her kitchen, Cherissa realized she needed a better solution for ingesting protein. Neotein, a convenient shaker packet that fits in your pocket and is a complete, patent pending protein with 10g, was born. She’s currently in conversations with DECA, Delta, and Oprah’s people for partnerships.

In today’s conversation, we discuss how important the stories we tell ourselves are to our level of accomplishment, why social media and constant consumption is toxic to the success mindset, and why healthy Motherhood Communities are so needed, but so lacking in the online space. Finally, after listening I hope you run right over to neotein.com and try some for yourself, but until then, enjoy this conversation with Cherissa Kell.
