Universal Blueprint for Success with Allie Duzett

In 2020, Allie Duzett doubled her email list, hit $40,000 in a single month, and rapidly expanded her capacity to serve.

Since then, she has built a multiple six-figure company on low ticket products. Many of which are sold *on donation*.

I was so intrigued by Allie’s low-ticket, high trust and high volume business model, that I had to bring her on the podcast so she could share her formula with me and all of you.

In this episode, we discuss the #1 secret to success that literally no one talks about. We also share the marketing framework that Allie was using to great success on accident, which I penned into a framework for my clients last summer, before we knew each other. It’s a fascinating episode that I think every business owner should listen to.

Here are some of my major takeaways:

—> Allie has a low ticket high volume model. This means she sells lots of low ticket products to a lot of people. High volume represents not only the number of people purchasing the products, but also the amount of content she produces to maintain those numbers.

Pros: Low overhead, Allie is able to keep a lot of what she makes. Allie has created an audience of buyers, including myself, who truly *trust* her and love what she creates, and are grateful that she offers them so affordably. Therefore, even when she does create high-ticket programs, they still sell because she’s created that massive amount of trust.

Cons: Allie churns out a wild amount of content, I’ve truly never seen anything like it. While she is not a one-woman show, she certainly doesn’t have a massive production team behind her, and spends hours recording, researching, writing emails and creating posts each week.

NOTE: This interesting and relevant content supports her audience and in turn, they are very happy to give her their business. HOWEVER, this is not a ‘tactic’ on its own, because the reason her audience trusts her is because she is *actually obsessed* with her topic and truly loves her audience and wants as many people to receive support as possible. More on this in the podcast.

—> I, on the other hand, have a high-ticket, low volume model. I sell luxury, all-inclusive, and *custom* experiences to a fewer number of people. Therefore, I can also produce less content, because I don’t need as large of a pool of buyers.

Pros: Low content output. I can have my marketing *almost* on autopilot, and as long as I’m networking here and there, I still regularly get clients. Each client engagement is high and so I have built a successful company serving a small number of people, so it's less energy output for me. I have a minuscule refund rate, very low tech needs, and the lack of visibility means I get to be a rich person without being a famous person, which is ideal for me and my desires.

Cons: High overhead. Creating luxury experiences is expensive, so I don’t get to keep as much of the cash as I would like. Also, my products are less likely to be seen as impulse-purchases.

Both of the business models are fabulous, and it was incredibly fun to see how they have played out for Allie and I. We also discussed my proprietary 3-dimensional marketing framework, which Allie and I both have been using to great success. I hope you enjoy this analysis of our businesses, which I believe encapsulates a universal blueprint for success.
