I’m Janelle.

My entire life turned upside down (in the best, and most exhausting way possible) on November 15th, 2017… thats the day I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Adelaide Marie.  I loved being a mother more than anything, and I decided right then and there I had to stay home with her. The only problem was, I am hopelessly in love with business. I just couldn’t give it up. Turns out, I gave birth to two people that day. My daughter, and The Part Time CEO™.

Since early 2017, I have owned a Tutoring Company, a Business Coaching Firm, and a Concierge Customer Service Company for agencies. I run a podcast and volunteer at my church. I have never worked more than 20 hours per week.

Maybe that’s not your dream. Maybe your dream is simply not to cry yourself to sleep from sheer exhaustion. Maybe a 40 hour workweek sounds like a vacation to you. Maybe you just want to be able to pick your kids up from school sometimes.

Or maybe, you’d love to work two days a week and still make the kind of money that makes your parents ask, “Wait, what do you do again?!”

Either way, I thrive off of helping successful CEOs like you find their beautiful balance between work and play.
